The Grand Conference Room seats up to 200 attendees, perfect for general sessions at any local conference or event. The layout is flexible, accommodating anything from a classroom style event to a formal dinner reception. Podium and high-resolution projector are available to enhance your event experience. All of your basic meeting needs can be met by the conference center's standard meeting rooms. Rooms are great for groups, teams, of conference breakout sessions. Rooms feature white boards, and can be equipped with AV. A flexible floorplan can be customized for your event. Seven rooms are available.
High-tech deluxe meeting rooms are also available to improve your event presentations. These rooms feature a 70" high-def flat screen TV, laptop, and two whiteboards. A flexible floorplan can be arranged. Seven rooms are available.
Buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and snacks can be provided by request. We'll work with you to find the appropriate menu for your attendees.
Wireless Internet is available for conference attendees at no additional charge. Presenters also have the option of hard-wiring in to secure seamless presentations.
The conference center can accommodate parking for all 200 attendees. A main lot and overflow parking across the road are available.
Additional amenities include spacious lounge areas, vending machines, and wheelchair accessibility.
Mount St. Mary's University contracts with Aramark for all onsite dining and catering services. For catered meetings, banquets, and special events, our catering director will prepare a menu that meets the needs of your guests and your budget.
Aramark reserves the right of first refusal for all events scheduled on our campus. No outside food or catering is permitted unless it is approved through the Conference and Special Programs Office and by our director of dining services.
The university does not hold an alcohol license. For information on having beer or wine at your event please contact the Conference and Special Programs Office. No alcohol is permitted without prior approval.
