U.S. News & World Report - Best Regional University Rankings (2020)

US News and World Report best colleges logoU.S. News & World Report has released its Best Regional Universities rankings for 2020, placing Mount St. Mary’s University third among Maryland’s ten ranked public and private regional universities, and No. 42 out of nearly 200 institutions in the North region. The university also earned spots on the U.S. News regional lists for Best Value Colleges, Best Colleges for Veterans, Campus Ethnic Diversity, Top Performers on Social Mobility and Best Undergraduate Teaching.

A First Try at ROI: Ranking 4,500 Colleges – Mount in Top 10%

Mount St. Mary’s University ranks in the top 10 percent of colleges and universities nationwide in terms of the long-term earnings for a four-year college degree, according to a new report from the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce (CEW). After 40 years Mount graduates have earned $1,056,000 in net economic gains, ranking 405th of 4,529 colleges and universities in the study.
