The $2,000 Visit Grant is a four-year recurring grant that will be awarded to seniors who attend an on-campus admissions event between January 1, 2023 and May 1, 2024 and apply by the December 1 Early Action II deadline for Fall 2024 entry. This award is contingent upon residential status and cannot be combined with an athletic scholarship.
Websites, social media and brochures are all effective ways to learn more about a college—but there’s something special about visiting in-person and getting a feel for what each unique university has to offer. We’d love to show you around our beautiful campus, tell you what makes the Mount special and guide you through the college admissions process! Designed for students and families at any stage in the college search, Mountaineer Visits are a convenient and informative way to meet our admission team, ask any questions you might have and get a glimpse of life on campus. Mountaineer Visits are offered most Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., and involve a 30-minute admissions presentation and a student-led tour of campus.
We welcome you to bring your high school group to the Mount! Group Visits are a great way to introduce your rising junior and senior students to the Mount and the college process as a whole. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested date.
