Reporting

Mount Report

Mount Report, formerly EthicsPoint, is designed to bring concerns, reports and allegations to the university’s attention, including reports of bias or discrimination. It is available to the entire Mount community and offers the option to report anonymously. If you are not sure of which report to use, please submit through the Mount Report and our team will route your submission to the appropriate office. This report is monitored during normal business hours by Public Safety, Student Life Office, and Title IX Office.

Title IX Report

Title IX Report is used for reporting sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, relationship violence, and other forms of sexual misconduct. This report is monitored by the Title IX coordinator and Title IX investigator in the Title IX Office. Our Title IX Sexual Harassment Discrimination Policy also includes answers to common questions and resources.

Public Safety Report

Public Safety Report is used for reporting incidents of crime, or safety and security concerns. This report is monitored by Public Safety. To report an incident of sexual misconduct, please use the Title IX Report.

Mount Cares

Mount Cares Referral is used for reporting academic and nonacademic concerns about students. Possible concerns include frequent absences or risk of failure due to absences, behavioral issues or changes, low grades or GPA, mental health concerns, life events and home life concerns. All Mount-issued computers include a Mount Cares icon that links to the referral form. This report is monitored by the Mount Cares coordinator.
