When you plan a visit to see your student, you’ll want to stay an extra day or two and take in everything the area has to offer. Just outside our gorgeous mountain campus you’ll find historic Gettysburg and countless outdoor activities near the Appalachian Trail such as hiking, kayaking, golf and skiing. And just down the road is the lively, historic town of Frederick offering unique dining and shopping, first Saturday activities, and the picturesque Carroll Creek Promenade.
